Corporate History Shaanxi Xiyue Pharma traces its roots to 1968 as Northwest Chinese largest synthetic drug manufacturing base. Transformed into the first Sino-foreign pharmaceutical JV in Shaanxi in 1992, it was fully acquired by Haichen Yunhe Group in 2008, evolving into an integrated R&D-production-to-commercial enterprise. The 2017 launch of its Fufeng plant site specialized in five key therapy areas. Three Ph.D.-led R&D teams established in 2020 to accelerate 30+ APIs being commercial.
